Welcome to AURIPIX! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AURIPIX website, online artwork generation tools, digital files, personalized canvas products, customer support, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services").

By browsing our website, generating a preview, or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please refrain from using our Services.

1. About AURIPIX

AURIPIX specializes in custom, spiritual-inspired and emotional canvas art, framed prints, and personalized digital artwork files inspired by customer-provided photos and online design inputs. Our products are custom-crafted through integrated ecommerce, printing, and fulfillment partners.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order. Our platform is intended for adult use and is not directed toward children under 13. If you upload an image featuring a minor, you represent and warrant that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or that you possess explicit authorization to use and share that photo.

3. Your Uploaded Content & Responsibilities

You retain ownership of the photos, names, dates, text, and personal content you upload or submit to our platform. However, by uploading content, you grant AURIPIX and our trusted service providers a non-exclusive license to process, store, modify, display, and generate derivative works solely as required to fulfill your order, produce previews, and provide customer support.

  • Representations: You warrant that your uploaded content does not infringe upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or publicity rights, and that it is not illegal, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit.

  • Content Removal: We reserve the right to review, refuse, or cancel any order or content that violates these Terms or raises safety and legal concerns.

4. Online Previews & Production Variations

Our platform allows you to preview your custom artwork before completing your purchase.

  • Your Review Duty: Please carefully verify your preview—including the artwork crop, size, frame style, spelling, personalized themes, and names. Placing an order serves as your final confirmation that all details are correct.

  • Natural Variations: Because digital screen calibrations vary, minor differences in color, brightness, framing, and canvas texture between your online preview and the physical canvas are normal and do not constitute defects.

5. Custom Products & Final Sale

Because our canvas artworks are custom-printed and made to order based on your unique uploaded photo and preview approval, physical items are generally final sale once production begins, except as outlined in our Refund Policy or required by applicable consumer law.

6. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

  • Pricing & Errors: We reserve the right to modify pricing, shipping rates, product availability, or promotional offers at any time, and to correct any inadvertent pricing or description errors.

  • Payment Security: Payments are processed securely through Shopify and certified third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide valid and accurate payment and billing information. Your order will be processed in accordance with Hong Kong law.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Estimates: Delivery windows are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, extreme weather, customs processing, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss for physical goods transfers to the carrier upon shipment, unless otherwise mandated by applicable law.

8. Third-Party Services

We partner with specialized third-party vendors to operate our store smoothly, including Shopify (ecommerce hosting), automated AI and image-processing providers, print-on-demand fulfillment centers, shipping carriers, and analytical tools. While these providers assist in delivering our Services, AURIPIX is not responsible for independent outages, errors, or third-party platform policies outside our control.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which supplies our ecommerce infrastructure and checkout engine. Your purchases are made directly with AURIPIX rather than Shopify, though Shopify processes transaction data in accordance with its own privacy terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All website branding, logos, graphics, text layouts, product designs, and software tools are the intellectual property of AURIPIX or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, modify, or commercially exploit any portion of our Services or content without prior written consent.

11. Customer Reviews & Feedback

If you submit product reviews, photos, or testimonials, you grant AURIPIX permission to display, edit, and utilize this feedback across our marketing channels, social media platforms, and website to showcase customer experiences.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the Services for any unlawful activities, including infringing on others' intellectual property, uploading harmful or abusive content, interfering with website security, or attempting to reverse-engineer our custom design tools.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and custom products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AURIPIX and its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (such as lost profits or emotional distress) arising out of your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AURIPIX, Shopify, and our respective team members and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your uploaded content, or your misuse of the Services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
